Early Childhood Partners CFCE provides FREE educational opportunities, advocacy, connections, and support for families and children aged 0-8. Located in Hamilton, Wenham, Manchester-By-The-Sea, and Essex Massachusetts, we are here to support parents and caregivers in their role as their child’s first teacher.
ECP offers story times, playgroups, workshops, parenting classes, developmental screenings, community events, and access to comprehensive services…anything to create a strong foundation for our children, our families, and our community! ECP is pleased to partner with local public libraries to bring these special offerings to all.
